Refund policy


Under UK consumer law, you have a 7-day period from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when received: unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@ggexpresswoodford.co.uk. Upon approving your return, we will provide instructions on where and how to send your item back. Please note, returns must be requested prior to sending items back; unsolicited returns will not be accepted.

If you discover any issues such as defects, damages, or if you've received the wrong item upon receipt, contact us immediately so we can address and resolve the issue.

Please be aware that certain items are not eligible for return. These include perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom-made or personalized items, and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about the return eligibility of your specific item, please contact us.

Note that returns on items purchased on sale or gift cards are not accepted.

For exchanges, the most efficient method is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Regarding refunds, we will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please be aware that processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take additional time.
